Guyer secured the championship after taking the class victory with 2-1 finishes at the final round. Guyer was also the highest finishing girl in the very competitive Schoolboy Jr. (13-15) class. She earned fourth in the class for the season.

“My mom and I have always said, Always Earned, Never Given, and this year I have earned it! I won my first National Champion title. I could not have done it without the support of my family, sponsors, friends, and of course the JB/Cheerwine Team. I can’t thank everyone enough for all they have done for me,” said Guyer after the race.

Blake Sarver grabbed the championship title in the Schoolboy Jr. (13-15) class. Sarver has had a great season, and he only finished outside of the top two once. Sarver also earned a top five ranking in the Schoolboy Sr. (14-17) class.

“I had an awesome year on the JB Racing / Cheerwine Team. We had our ups and downs, but we got through and finished great! I want to thank Debi and Jody for making it possible and the rest of the team, we are like a family,” regarded Sarver.

Tyler Peters - Youth ATV Motocross Racer

Tyler Peters finished the year strong with solid rankings in all of his classes. Peters scored a top five finish in the Super-Mini (13-15), which secured him fifth for the season. Peters also took fourth in Schoolboy Open (13-15) and earned sixth for the season.

“It was a tough year, but it was a great one! I had so much fun this year and cannot begin to explain how appreciative I am of the JB / Cheerwine Race Team’s support. From getting faster, picking lines, hanging out, or just joking around we've done it all! Aside from the whole JB/Cheerwine Team, I want to thank my teammates, sponsors, family and friends, and everyone who has helped me out this year. I can’t wait till next season,” said Peters.

AMA Pro class racer, Jeffrey Rastrelli, finished the season on a high note with his best pro finish all year. Rastrelli went 7-6 in the motos to earn a sixth place finish. The finish helped him secure eighth for the season in the AMA Pro class. Rastrelli also raced the Pro-Am class at the round and took an impressive second place after winning his heat and taking third in moto two.

“The end of the season was great. Loretta’s was the best race I had all season; I was really happy with my results. The Can-Am ran great and I am looking forward to next season,” said Rastrelli.

Brogan Guyer - Youth ATV MX Racer
Brogan Guyer earned second in both the 90 Automatic Sr. (12-15) & 90 CVT (8-15) Classes for the 2013 ATV MX Season

Brogan Guyer finished the season with two second place rankings; one in 90 Automatic Sr. (12-15) and another in 90 CVT (8-15). Guyer has had exciting battles all year and the final round was no different. He finished a close second in the 90 Automatic Sr. class with a score card of 2-2. He also had a great run going in 90 CVT when he finished second in moto one, however bad luck became a factor and he had a DNF in moto two.

“It's been the best national season I've ever had. Even though I came up short of two titles, I had fun and that's what's important! I cannot thank the JB/Cheerwine team enough! Along with all of our other sponsors, teammates and their families, and friends! Thank you everybody,” regarded Guyer after the race.

Grayson Eller - ATV Motocross Racer
Grayson Eller rounded out the top five in the Schoolboy Jr. Class Championship

Grayson Eller’s season didn’t go as planned, as he had a season threatening wreck at Muddy Creek. Eller rallied despite the wreck and finished the year with a top five ranking in the Schoolboy Jr. Class. Eller secured fifth place after going 6-5 at Loretta’s.  He also had a scorecard of 3-4 in the Super-Mini class and earned eighth for the season.

“Even though my year didn't go as planned, I can't thank my teammates enough. The JB/Cheerwine Racing Team stood by me after my wreck at Muddy Creek and were always supportive as I tried to get faster. Jody and Debi are awesome people. The Guyer’s, Peter’s, Rastrelli’s, Sarver’s, and Lloyd’s are like family to me. Thanks to everyone for making this year great,” explained Eller after the round.

Duck Lloyd may have had to miss the final round of AMA racing due to a broken ankle, but that didn’t stop him from securing a National Championship in the Junior 25 Plus class.  Lloyd’s early season success gave him a 19 point cushion for the Junior 25 Plus championship, even after missing two rounds of racing. Lloyd also claimed seventh in the Pro Am Class for the year.

“I was bummed that I couldn’t race the last three races due to my broken ankle, but I am really excited to have earned the Junior 25 Plus Championship and I know that I still ride for the best ATV team in the nation. I can’t thank JB, Debi and the rest of the JB / Cheerwine Race Team for giving me another great experience,” said Lloyd.

The JB Racing / Cheerwine Team’s season has ended on a successful note, but they don’t plan to rest on their laurels. The team will be back in action next season looking to reclaim their titles and add more the list.
