HiPer's Dakar Carbon Fiber Double Beadlock
Wheel |
Lawrence, KS (10/29/2007) - Dana
Creech of Eureka, CA won the first ever side
by side GNCC race on HiPer’s all new Dakar
carbon fiber 14 inch wheel. This is the first
outing for the new wheel, which has already
made its mark in the record books.
Creech, piloting a Polaris RZR won despite
the tough terrain common to the GNCC series.
The country’s top cross country series
is widely considered the most punishing and
demanding racing anywhere. The Crawfordsville
course was no exception.
“That track was pretty gnarly”
said Creech. “I definitely needed a
dual beadlock HiPer wheel to make it through
the course today.”
“We are thrilled by the win”
said Chris Bovis, Director of Sales and Marketing
for HiPer Technology. “We knew we had
a great wheel and a great driver, but to win
the first time out is incredible.”
In a race plagued with broken wheels and
flat tires, the Dakar’s accomplishment
is even more remarkable. This result shows
that the Dakar is the finest, most exclusive
wheel for side by sides and utility vehicles.
