GBC Motorsports Prepares for Yamaha SxS & ATV Round Up

Brimstone Recreation will host the 5th annual Yamaha SxS & ATV Round Up in Huntsville, TN. The roundup will features many event including live music from Tyler Farr & Gretchen Wilson

Anaheim, CA (8/28/2013) - GBC Motorsports is proud to return as a sponsor of the 5th Annual SXS & ATV Roundup presented by Yamaha, scheduled for August 30 - September 1 at Brimstone Recreation in Huntsville, TN.

Each year hundreds of visitors descend on Brimstone Recreation to partake in the festivities including live music, contests, raffles and the main event: the King of the Mountain races. GBC Motorsports rep Kory Ellis will be on hand with GNCC racers Johnny Gallagher, Jr. and Randy Hamilton with a full lineup of GBC tires on display.

The event kicks off on Friday, August 30th with check-in, open trail riding, the SuperATV.com Show and Shine competition and a live performance by country music artist Tyler Farr (“Redneck Crazy”).

The action continues on Saturday with events like the GBC Motorsports Pole Bend, drag racing, an obstacle course, mud surfing and mud bog, and Ladies Dash for Cash. Local Tennessee product Jay Faires gets the music going Saturday evening, and up-and-coming artist Chris Janson (“Better I Don’t”) brings it home. The night continues with the Chris Kyle Memorial Raffle and Gretchen Wilson will perform her hits like “Redneck Woman” and “Here for the Party” to close out the night.

Sunday is all about racing. The 2-Hour Kawasaki ATV King of the Mountain race starts at 9:30am and pits ATV riders against one another as well as against some ferocious terrain as competitors battle it out for a $2,000 purse and the King’s sceptre. The 3-Hour Kawasaki SXS King of the Mountain race follows at 1:00pm and will run the same 5-mile course built to “punish the weak and challenge the strong.” The festivities conclude with the Moonshine Run from 7-10pm.
