Michael Daws to Lead New Business Developement

Elka Suspension Inc., an industry-leading manufacturer
of innovative high-performance suspension products
announced today it has recruited Michael Daws
as Vice President of Strategic Business Development.

Daws joins Elka after a highly successful 21-year
tenure with Fox Racing Shox. As Vice President
of Sales and Marketing, Daws played key roles
in expanding Fox's business beyond its motocross
origins into new markets such as snowmobiles,
bicycles, off-road cars and trucks, motorcycle
road-racing, and all-terrain vehicles.
Under his leadership, Fox's sales consistently
grew in double and triple digits year over year.
For the past six years, Daws had been Vice President
of Fox's Powersports Division where he was responsible
for the overall management of the snowmobile,
all-terrain vehicle and motorcycle markets. Daws
lead the division to record high sales and profits
with innovative award-winning product developments
for both OEM and after-market customers.
