BRP Announces 2008 Can-am X-team
ATV contingency Program
Can-Am Offering Nearly $800,000
in Payouts for 8 Different ATV Racing Series
Valcourt, Canada (2/29/2008) -
In a sign of its commitment to ATV racing, BRP announced
its 2008 Can-Am X-Team contingency program today.
The program will pay nearly $780,000 CAD ($800,000
USD) total to those racers finishing in the top
three at nearly 80 rounds of racing across North
America in 2008.
“We are a company with racing in our DNA,”
says Del Bohlman, Media Relation and Racing Manager
for Can-Am ATVs. “ATVs like the DS 450 were
specifically engineered to win races; competition
drives us to produce a better product, too. This
is one way we can give back to those who choose
to race with the Can-Am family.”
BRP Can-Am is offering contingency for the following
series: GNCC, AMA/ATVA MX Nationals, WPSA ATV
Tour, CMRC Nationals, CMRC Québec, ITP
Quadcross, SCORE and WORCS. All pro classes and
selected amateur classes will see contingency
payouts to third place. There are also built-in
bonuses for overall championships.
For a complete payout schedule and contingency
submission forms, racers should visit www.can-amxteam.com
