Buchanan, MI (7/31/2008)
- Dalton Millican competed this past weekend
in the ATV National Motocross Series. The race
was held at the famous track known simply as
Redbud in Buchanan Michigan. Dalton raced in
Production C and College Boy 16-24.
"I have missed almost the entire season
due to my Dad losing sponsorship for his Top
Fuel team. It was great to be back out here
racing again," said Millican.
With a 3rd place overall finish in Production
C and a 15th in College Boy, Millican had
a good weekend for having not raced at the
National level since the opening race of the
season.

"On the first practice our Lonestar
bike was really hard to hold on to due to
the track being so rough, I really have to
thank Andy Lambert of Custom Axis for making
some adjustments after the practice to my
shocks that made the bike ride great,"
said Millican.
Riding with a new cylinder head prepared
by Jeff Maxey of Maximum Cycle,
Millican pulled the holeshot on 4 out of 5
motos.
"Jeff has found some big power and put
me out front when the gate dropped,"
said Millican.
Millican is preparing for his next race at
Loretta Lynn's in Hurricane Mills, TN August
9-10
