Danville, VA (7/6/2007) - The 2007 Duro Extreme Dirt Track ATVA Nationals racing action continues as the fastest ATV racers from all across the country converge on Birch Creek Motorsports Park, July 7.

Harold Goodman (#708 Honda) from Romulus, Michigan and Shane Hitt, (#5 Honda) of Buckhannon, West Virginia will be battling to be #1, as they are tied with 55 points coming into Birch Creek.

Michael Corburn (#038 Honda) from Garretson, South Dakota is poised to strike from third, while Frank Batista (#13 Honda) Riverdale, California and Mitch Reynolds (# 137 Suzuki) Greenbrier, Arkansas, are tied for fifth place at 30 points each.

The gates are scheduled to open at 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 5. Friday sign will be open from1 pm. to 8:30 p.m. Practice is set for 5:50 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Friday.

Friday afternoon, radio station WAKG 103.3 will broadcast live from the track from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

After practice, Buffalo Wild Wings, 3415 Riverside Dr. Danville, will host a racers welcome party.

On Saturday, practice starts at 8 a.m. with heats and mains to follow. Saturday night Triangle Cycles.com charming umbrella girls will be on hand to provide some relief from the sun to lucky riders and free giveaways. All racing is scheduled for Saturday. Sunday, July 8, is reserved as a rain date.
