Thief River Falls, MN (6/6/2007) - Team
Arctic ATV racers have posted strong results in the first
two rounds of the World Powersports Association ATV tour,
but produced the most dominate results this past weekend
at Cooperland Raceway in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
“We’re serious about how competitive our
ATVs and motors are on the track,” said Kale Wainer
Arctic Cat Media Relations. “60% of the top 10
positions were occupied by Arctic Cats. That’s
impressive.”
Coming off a second place finish in Georgia, Arctic
Cat/Jack Links/SPI Racing’s Rory Beckman cranked
out another solid 2nd place finish while taking the
points lead for the series. Standing proud on the 3rd
place podium for the first time this season was West
Racing’s Josh West (#788), closely following in
fourth by his brother Jesse West (#888). Daryl Rath
(#67), Kyle Fiebelkorn (#11) and independent racer,
Keith Henshaw rounded out the top 9.
“Arctic Cat’s 650 H1 motors not only performed
well in the Quad Terrain races, but they powered Daryl
Rath’s Prowler to a victory in the SuperSport
Side x Side class. Move over Rhinos!” stated Wainer.
