Morgantown, WV (3/28/2008) -Riders
competing in the 2008 ITP/Moose Racing AMA
ATV Pro Motocross Nationals announced today
that $200 will be awarded to the holeshot
winner in each Pro moto during the 2008
season. Suspension Systems will sponsor
the moto one holeshot award, while www.atvriders.com
back the second moto holeshot award.
Owner and president of Suspension Systems,
Kenny Hendrick, said: "We're already
going to be attending every round of the
ITP/Moose Racing AMA Pro series so we wanted
to do something to help draw some attention
to our trackside support, while helping
out the riders by offering $200 for the
first moto holeshot. We service all of the
OEM shocks and offer our own product called
the 'C2P shock' that we urge all riders
to try out." Hendrick is a former employee
of Richard Childress Racing where he built
and maintained suspension pieces for drivers
like two-time NASCAR Nationwide Series Champion
and Chase for the Cup regular, Kevin Harvick.
Harlen Foley, president of www.atvriders.com,
said: "We're here to help the sport
and the series grow. The riders competing
in the ITP/Moose Racing AMA Pro series are
the best riders in the world and we viewed
the holeshot award as an opportunity to
promote www.atvriders.com while supporting
the riders."
The 11-round 2008 ITP/Moose Racing AMA
Pro ATV Motocross season continues this
weekend at Millcreek Raceway in Pell City,
