Mt. Morris, PA (5/25/2008) - Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Josh Creamer was the fastest rider in a field of 20 ATV Pros qualifying for today's ATV Stampede at High Point Raceway. The event marks Round 6 of the ITP Tires/Moose Racing ATV National Motocross Series Presented by Parts Unlimited.

While the top 10 riders were within two seconds of each other, it was Creamer who set the pace, winning the Ti-Lube Fast Qualifier Award. Second quick was Series points leader Dustin Wimmer (No. 191 Team MSR/Suzuki/Yoshimura/Pro Taper) with yesterday’s fastest rider, Jeremy Lawson (No. 16 Team Epic Can-Am) rounding out the top three.

The qualifying session was a considerable success for the Kawasaki team with all three riders making laps in the top 10 with Keith Little (No. 12 Monster Energy Kawasaki) fifth fastest and Russell Shumaker (No. 68 Monster Energy Kawasaki) ninth quick.

"I’m feeling pretty good today," said Creamer. "The track is really fast, which is going to make it interesting out there during the race, but it should an exciting event. I’m going to concentrate on getting a good start and staying up front. My quad is working really well. We made a lot of suspension changes yesterday, then fine tuned it today and it’s really hooking up.”

Pro motos are scheduled for noon and 3 p.m. today. The ATV Stampede will also feature a full card of Amateur, Youth and Women's racing.
