Josh Row earned his second podium finish of the season at Buffalo Bill's WORCS

Primm, NV (2/12/2014) - Josh Row had another great weekend of racing at round two of the WORCS Series at Buffalo Bills in Primm, NV. With his second consecutive podium finish, Row and his 417 Motorsports team are excited to continue to build momentum as the WORCS season moves forward.

With a dead engine start, it took Josh Row approximately four kicks to start his Honda. Unfortunately, he was already playing catch up before the racers even disappeared into the desert.  Row remained determined, and moved into the top five before the end of lap one.

Riding in fifth place for the majority of the race, the Maxxis/Elka #417 had settled into a comfortable pace and did not have anybody close in contention behind him. Although the track was brutal, Row was able to maintain a decent pace throughout the entire event and made up some time on other riders who suffered mechanical issues.
Finding himself in fourth place, it wasn't long before he was closing in on the final podium position. Racing by another sidelined racer, Row raced his Curtis/417 Motorsports machine into the third spot.

After crossing the checkered flag, Row and his team were incredibly excited about bringing their brand new team and machine to the podium once again. After a long off season of bike changes and difficult training, Row and his team's efforts are paying off as he remains close to the top spot in overall points.

Row mentioned that one of the key componets to his program and his main strategy to follow throughout the season is consistency. After climbing on to the box in the first two rounds of the season, Row is looking forward to the remaining rounds to continue his success and collecting as many podium finishes as possible.
With a new team for 2014, Row has no complaints about his program and credits his amazing ATV for keeping him smooth and consistent out on the course. "The Maxxis tires and Tire Balls are unbelievable. The terrain and the new rock section they put in are no contest for those tires," Row stated in regards to his amazing tires.

He advised that the bike remained flawless throughout the event and he had great power from his bike the entire race. "My Sparks engine worked great. It had great power all the way through," he said about his new Sparks engine.

After yet another successful weekend of racing, Row is looking to continue training and fine tuning his program in the hopes of remaining consistent and fighting for podium positions, and he will be back in action on March 14-16th for round three of the WORCS series in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
