McClure has spent most of his off season at home working with MotoPro Training’s Mark Spataro. “I’ve been training a lot at home; I’ve done a few locals and working out a lot,” said McClure of his off season.

Switching to the Can-Am DS450 ATV from the Honda 450R ATV has been an adjustment for the racer, but he feels it is a step in the right direction. With just over a month on his JB Racing / Can-Am DS 450 he feels very comfortable and confident. “The Can-Am’s been great. It’s a lot different than the Honda. Learning to work on it has been tricky, but riding it is going well. It’s much more advanced than the Honda, its much lighter and I don’t think it’ll beat me up as much,” regarded McClure of the Can-Am DS450 ATV.
