DWT’s Collins Webster Rolls Sevens at South Point WORCS
WORCS Racing – Round Three – South Point Casino

Vista, CA (3/4/2016) - C&R Farms/DWT/SSI Decals rider Collins Webster survived a challenging Round 3 of the WORCS Championship at South Point Casino. Webster finished seventh in both the Pro ATV and SXS Pro Stock races.

In the Pro ATV race, Webster tangled with another rider on the third lap and held on to finish seventh.

“I got a finish and we can move on to Havasu,” said Webster. “In the third corner another rider wadded up into the back of me and it took me awhile to get back going. I had a lot of anxiety coming into this race because it was kind of an unknown, but I enjoyed it. The track had a lot of flow to it. There was a lot of carnage, and some rough stuff developed, but I liked it.”

In the SXS Pro Stock race, Webster turned a rough start into a seventh-place finish. The fact he did it after breaking a bead lock on one of his wheels was a testament to his DWT Tires.

“The start was horrible, but I made the best out of it,” said Webster. “I had to pick behind people and do the best I could. We lowered the shocks so it could corner better. I pretty much ripped off a beadlock on the wheel and the Tire Blocks and the DWT Tires really held together. I’m glad we got through it without a DNF, broken axles or any broken pieces.

“This type of venue broke records for entries and was great for the spectators,” added Webster.

Webster is stoked for the next round March 18-20: a doubleheader in Lake Havasu, AZ. “I can’t wait for Havasu,” said Webster. “That’s where the real hard work really pays off, especially on the ATV side.”
