Cedar City, UT (5/30/2015) - H&M Motorsports’ David Haagsma took the Pro ATV win at round six of the 2015 Rocky Mountain MC World Off-Road Championship Series presented by Maxxis and Dirt Wheels, at Iron Mine Race Park, extending his points lead over teammate and current champion, Beau Baron, who finished in second, while Collins Webster rounded out the Pro podium.

Heavy rain soaked the course overnight but dried out a bit before the Pro and Pro-am ATV classes, making for near perfect conditions for the start of the race, but heavy rain moved in during the middle of the race, which dramatically changed the track and presented a new challenge to the racers. Also, the WORCS-X section was an added with a mixture of logs and tires to challenge the racers along with a new tight section of track added on the other side of the railroad tracks was a welcomed challenge for the racers.

Maxxis’ David Haagsma got off to a second place start behind his team mate Beau Baron, and the battle was on for the lead as the pair swapped the lead back and forth, which made for one of the most exciting races of the year. The battle for the lead came down to the wire with Haagsma barely holding off Baron for the win.
