- JB Racing/Livewire Mtn Dew competed at round ten
of the 2015 Mtn. Dew AMA ATV MX National Championship
on August 8-9th. Round ten was the final round of
the season, and racing was held at the famous Loretta
Lynn’s Ranch in Hurricane Mills, TN. The JB Racing/Livewire
team riders tackled this challenging track and finished
the season off strong.
Blake Sarver went 4-8 to take seventh overall
in 450 B, which also earned him fifth in the national
championship points standings. Sarver also competed
in Production B where he went 4-8 for seventh
overall. “In both my classes, I got good holeshots
on Saturday, and held my positions the entire
races. On Sunday, I wasn’t able to get the holeshots
in both classes again and I wasn’t able to make
up much ground on the guys ahead,” explained Sarver.

Reflecting back on the season, Sarver feels it
was a solid year and thanks his team for all the
support. “It was a great year for the JB racing
team. I can’t thank Dave Eller, Jody, and Debi
for everything they do. They made this team the
best it could be,” stated Sarver.

Dusenberry competed in the 450 B class in which
he finished eleventh overall, and Production B
in which he finished twelfth. “I had solid motos
in both B classes, but I was back in the pack
sometimes, and with the track watered it was really
muddy,” stated Dusenberry. Looking back on the
season Dusenberry said, “My riding definitely
stepped up a lot, and I learned how to control
the bike more.” Dusenberry will return next year
with even more experience and speed.

Logan Peters took on the youth classes for the
JB Racing/ Livewire team. Peters finished twelfth
overall in 90 Open Jr by going 11-12 in his motos.
He also finished the season with a top ten in
the championship points, by taking ninth. In the
90 Shifter class, Peters went 11-16 for eighteenth
overall.

The 2015 season has now came to a close, but
this leaves the JB Racing/Livewire team with a
whole offseason to prepare and come back stronger
in 2016. Until next season the racers will be
training hard and looking forward to returning
to the Mtn Dew AMA ATV MX National Championship.
