East Springfeild, PA (7/2/2015)
- JB Racing/Liquid Wrench rider Peyton Zimmerman
won both the Super Mini and Youth All Stars events
during last weekend’s Mtn Dew AMA ATV Motocross
National Championship at Spring Creek MX in Millville,
MN.
Zimmerman took the rough and technical track
and changing weather conditions in stride. Zimmerman
finished second in the first moto in Youth All
Star on Saturday during dry conditions. Zimmerman
won the second moto after rain soaked the track
Sunday morning. “This track was crazy fast,” said
Zimmerman.

scored overall win the Youth All Star Class |
“Yesterday I came out fourth on the gate. I got
to second. Today I got a really good jump. Troy
(Hill) and I battled through the first turn, but
Troy broke so I took the lead and Alan (Myers)
and I just checked out from there.”

Grayson Eller nabbed two podiums, finishing third
in Youth All Star and Schoolboy Sr. He finished
fourth in Schoolboy Jr. after winning his first
moto in that class. “Saturday was pretty tough.
It was the roughest track I’ve ridden yet and
that definitely took a toll on my endurance,”
said Eller. “I pulled the holeshot and completely
checked out in Schoolboy Jr. I was really feeling
the flow. The track was so much better on Sunday.
It was fast and rough, where you could actually
work the bike. The track is so much fun. This
was the first time I jumped all of the triples.”

Brogan Guyer had his best weekend yet, earning
three third-place finishes, in Super Mini, 90
Open Sr., and 90 Shifter. “This was our best weekend
so far,” said Guyer. “I’ve been training really
hard and that helped with the rough track conditions.
I had more endurance and a bigger push at the
end. I had some good battles and there are a lot
of good lines here at Spring Creek.”

Maddison Guyer sat out from racing this weekend
to prevent reinjuring her wrist. “When I practiced
Thursday and Friday, my wrist was still hurting,
and I had trouble controlling my bike,” said Guyer.
“So we decided to take another week off and let
it heal.”
The next round of the 2015 Mtn Dew ATV Motocross
National Championship is scheduled for July 11-12th,
at Unadilla MX in New Berlin, NY.
