Galena, IL (7/28/2015) - Chad Wienen will head into the last round of racing of the 2015 Mtn. Dew AMA ATV Pro MX National with a 15 point lead on the championship after going 1-2 for second overall at Red Bud this past weekend.

Wienen got off to a good start in moto 1 coming out of the first turn in the top three and found himself leading the field before the end of the first lap. Wienen put down some fast laps early on in the race to distance himself from the rest of the field and held a six second lead on second by the end of the second lap. Wienen crossed the checkers with a thirteen second gap between himself and second place.

In moto 2, Wienen had to work his way through the field after coming through the first turn just outside the top five. True to form, Wienen managed to position himself up into third by the end of the first lap and passed into second on lap two. Until halfway through the moto, Wienen was unable to close the gap between him and the leader but Wienen was unable to make up enough time by the time the checkers came out. Wienen finished out the day with a 1-2 finish and took second overall for the weekend.

Pablo Vera took his first Pro-Am moto win and podium finish after finishing 7-1 at Red Bud. In moto 2 he sat in the fourth place position by the end of the first lap. He quickly moved up into second on lap two and then took over the lead by lap three. Vera was able to hold on to first place to take his first ever podium pro am finish.

Sepesi was transported to the hospital but was released after all of his test came back with good results. He will be resting and healing up in hopes to be back to racing by Lorettas.

The series will head to Loretta Lynn's Ranch in Hurricane Mills, Tenn. for the last round of racing in the 2015 season August 8 and 9.
