In missouri you cant license them as a motorcycle either but you can as a vehichle because it is a motored vehichle. Add turn signals make sure the brake and headlight work, get some Hoosier or American Eagle street tires and liscense it as a car. Nothing they can do about it then alot of ppl in towns around here have.

Yeah cause without the VIN no insurance no street legal sorry.

There is suppose to be 3 places on the frame were the vin is the one on the bumper isnt the only place I dont think.

it does not look like any grinding was applied to it. It looks completely untouched where the VIN is suppose to be. But i am not worried about it i have two quads and one has a title and the other does not so i will just use the same tag for both.

If your state pulls DOT inspection then it wouldnt pass and could end up in jail as it wouldnt have a VIN like you stole it.

Has the frame been painted or something like the VIN is just covered over?

If not I would say that thing is Hot and I wouldnt be riding anywhere I could get in trouble on it.

i already got caught riding the bike by two cops and they spent 20 minutes looking for the VIN and no luck so i was on my way. Seriously the bike looks like it has not been touched and if it is hot who ever had it before me is really damn good.

You can register it as a custom build! People make bikes out of their garages all the time with no VIN numbers.
