I noticed that the quad stalled out upside down. I had heard that 4 strokes always stall out upside down, except 50s that is

it didn't stall up side down, it stalled when it landed

the bike guys have started doing it off regular ramps over like 60+ foot gaps, do you think a quad can bust one off a regular ramp or is it to heavy. it looked like all you could do to get it around or can you get it around faster, just curious. keep it up great job

my form is really bad compared to how bikes do it. im pretty sure after awhile i'll stomp it over a 60ft plus gap. i know what i was doing wrong after studying the film so im pretty sure i'll be able to land it consitantly next time i try it which should be soon as my shoulder feels good enough to pull back on the bars. the reason the quad stalled upside down was because of my style, i pretty much went at it how i wanted to do it but found out its the wrong approach. i got things down now though

Jon,
it looked like you were just trying really hard to get the full revolution done safely rather than aim for a smoother landing or longer trajectory. Anyways you know how to do it so I'm sure you have the skill to pull off form like on a dirtbike.
maybe the jump wasn't the best for good form either? it didn't look like something I'd wanna try a backflip on. That landing looked hard.
