Well I had a darn good time! Ya'll are a fun bunch of crazies sure enough. I was actually glad when my airbox broke off cause I was gonna get myself killed real soon trying to keep up that first day! I've never ridden anything rocky like that before, I was bouncin around using every bit of them 12ft. wide trails trying to keep up, totally out of control. I can finally see now (after 48 hours) so I got some of the pics edited for postin. I'll get to some of the video a little later. Thanks for everything and see you at the next one....

If anyone wants some high res copies of any pics, let me know. I scaled these down a ton....

Side note: Never met a better bunch of guys. Everyone willing to help out another. Heck Doug on the R came back and fixed my buddies warrior in about 15 secs. We were standing around trying to figure out what to do. Warrior boy almost has more Honda parts on his quad now, then Yamaha parts.

That is Exactly what I learned I needed recently :p

I wasn't aware there were taller foam seats ...will have to look into that

what are you gonna do for an offset rim? does it interfere with anything?

the rims i have now are the wider offset. they work great for everything except tight trails. the stock width rim will be perfect.....no trouble ill pick up a set from burgard.

i ran the denton style stabilizer before and while they do their job i was really wanting a gpr or wer style.

the taller seat looked a bit weird when i first saw jeffs but after i sat on it i realized it has to help cushion some of the blows a rider takes....and with my back everything i can do is a plus:D i already ordered that from jeff so it will be here next week.

i loved my razor 2's.....but the regular razors are more suited to the type of riding we did on saturday. i couldnt even slide the rear end around on wet grass they bit so much:confused2

I'm not sure if you want to look. Just close your eye's and rip off that airbox. I'm sure there are some decent aluminum airbox's out there...you may want to get a stock one to keep on hand for those muddy rides, like H/M.

My stocker box and lid were on with no holes drilled anywere. My box had water 2+ inches deep in it easily. I took out my filter today and you can see were it sat in water and mud, because of the rust line on it...:mad: the intake tube looked fine to the carb,,but my completly stock airbox setup didn't work to good...looks like it came in thru the lid..might try to lay a line of silicon on top of the O-ring that's in there or just buy another O-ring for it and run 2 instead of one because it should not have let that much water in the mofo....:cuss:

I dont know Rico...first thing I would do is get a stock lid if you dont want mud and water in there. Not too sure how your "rigged up lid" worked to well. LMFAO! :D

NO it was a stock lid with no holes..I have 3 different stock lids and this one had NO holes in it..the entire airbox was as it would be from the factory....

Is it a mini dv tape? If so, you could send it to me and I could go digital to digital with it onto my computer and then onto DVD. There will be a fairly big loss of quality if you take it to VHS (analog). I could burn DVD's for everyone from there.

Actually, during the last half of trail 10 I was chasing down the Indiana boys thinking they were with the EXriders group. I was on this dude's ***** when he hit a stump tossing him and sending his 400EX cartwheeling down the trail (but not over the edge!). Wish I had a helmet cam for that one. Further on down the trail one the guys in their group launched his 400EX 75 or so yards down a cliff! It was WAY down there. They managed to pull it up with the help of some 4x4's and come-alongs and winches. Even after busting though all those trees and boulders, his quad was intact and the 65 yr old guy rode the thing back to the trail head.
