i was just wondering, has anyone ever got, or herd of a cam chaft twisting? it happens on cars, but what about wheelers? seems like if it happened to say a 400ex or 350x the duration on one of the exhaust vavles(and opposite intake vavle) would be so out of tune, you would loose power, this seem legit?

in a car you are also moving alot more valves(anywhere from 8-20) depending on the cylinders and head design per cam.
there is alot more weight also.
if it did happen it would throw your timing off big time but i see it as unlikely unless you have some seriously high HP situations
