Bought a crappy roditiller a while ago at a consignment aucion, $7.50, sold the tiller w/o the engine for $20 bucks in the summer, just sold the engine to a buddy for $32.50. That's what, $45 made off of no work at all, and I had some fun tweeking the engine! Oh and I sold my spare engine for it that didn't work and was taking up space! Just gave it away with the good one but still not taking up space no more!!!

i posted it on craigslist and im getting tons of calls and people that say they are on their way to come look at it and never show up.. i brought it to florida and the biggest problem is that i don't have a title because NC don't give out titles unless you go to the DMV and Ask for one or you have a Loan on the bike and you pay it off. im normally do a bill of sale but i called up the florida DMV and they said they can get me a Title no Problem as long as i bring a bill of sale..

i would like to sell it with out going to get a title so i don't gotta Waste $50 and the person is just gonna Pay to transfer it to their name

I like to detail my truck every month or so, but I dont go crazy cause by now it is a bit scratched up and has dings and dents. What I need to do is replace my fender (used to have a snorkel I made and it has a hole I covered with-red duct tape! dont lol tho it actually matches nicely!), and paint the entire thing b/c the paints kinda faded, I have several dents than need pulling, doors scratched up in one spot, lowerbed sides dented, tailgates beat up, etc. LOL it was nice 7 years ago when i got it..wtf you want for 220k and alot of work and woods riding? No amount of wax or polish I have at home will make it look nice-maybe a detailing place can but I might as well see how much my buddy wants to paint the entire car if I buy the paint. I know the paints $$$ but he can do the job for under 250 bucks if I do the prep work with him. One day perhaps....fender this spring/summer, tired of rocking the tape.

Although I know its gonna be tougher and the schedules gonna blow-I got all the classes I originally wanted for next semester. being paitient I waited and sure enough people dropped and left availbile spots so I swooped in and nabbed it! before I had to choose things I would rather take later cause I waited to long. Good things come to those who wait.

Also happy I fixed this annoying squeak I had in my truck. I had removed the extra cab carpet at one point looking to put an amp and subs in and the extra cab part has some sheetmetal the seats (they fold up/down) rest on when down. Couldnt pin point this squeak I had, took it all apart and realized the 2 sections of sheetmetal were rubbing on eachother. Some RTV and some extra self tapping screws and its gone! SOOO happy as it was annoying as hell.

Just got my presentation results for a debate class, got a 97/100. Bring my grade to (guessing it was an 86 before) an A- probably. Also happy they accepted my drs notes..stupid school actually counts abscenses??? No other class I eevr had here cared or bothered but of course I got the right outta college brand new professor. Its all good now.

Also happy the quads running well and Ill probably be FINALLY ordering the parts for my 450r carb sometime in the next month or so. So we shall see how hard it pulls. Still kickingmyself I didnt have 3k laying round. Found an EXCELLENT 06 450r but meh had I cash and bought it Id be n the hole for other bills, so I guess its a blessing. I also remembered why the 400ex works so well-you dont have to rev it out like the 450 class bikes. I can WALK up a huge hill with moderate throttle and they gotta pin it to bring the rpms up. I wouldnt sell the EX ever, buy an R maybe but the EX is like an old friend.

Finally done with school for the semester!

Cleaned the house good tonight with plans of going home since we dont have any snow to ride but a sudden turn of events has started letting some white stuff start falling!

I wishing for 8" of good snow to ride by morning, if this happens, im staying in ho-town and ripping for a couple of days.

Got invited by a Scouting Agency to be worked with by them. 97% of there XC runners recieve scholarships of atleast 15,000 and I'm already elgible for D3 level collegiate running as a freshmen in highschool :D

restored my laptop back again after i got my sd card partition i had to make so i could boot the new platform on my droid.

everything is all ready to rock for the weekend now! :D might even ride a bit again tonight so we can mess with the go pros again for a while. :D

i would have never guessed id be here 5 years ago when i started this journey. it seemed forever away, now im 15 weeks away from being done with school. unreal!

had a good day at work too, learned a bunch of stuff in symix, our part system that we use at work. was nice to dig into that a bit more today. I didnt do much with it over the summer so i wasnt real comfortable with using it when i came back. that was my goal for the week, so its nice to head in the right direction.

just gotta grow a set and ask my friend to hang out over break. mad-town and mil-town, why arent you closer to my house?

FINALLY convinced the honda dealer that they CAN get me a 42 pilot jet after I had to take their book and show them, so that's ordered. Ive proved the dealer wrong multiples times. My buddy isnt to atv savvy and he often goes to the dealer for stuff, his wife is even worse-she argues with me like she has a clue when she barely does lol so they wind up getting wrong stuff and I hafta get the right ones for'em lol..

What an amazing day!! My sons found out that the quads are theirs, they both got really cool helmets, my Mrs absolutely loved the new earings and necklace I got for her, and even Duke got some cool things!! ( Duke is our Boxer Staff mix) Leah got me a real sexy new Toshiba Satellite laptop to replace the ancient Compaq that I've had forever. By far, the greatest christmas ever....so far!!

when i get my tires im orderin a parking brake blockoff and 2" risers. i love modding my quad. my goal to have it after my birthday is extended arms, bars rised up, new rears, slip on, extended axle, parking break block off, and my maier xc pro wrap arounds and uni filter will be here soon. already got dg bumper belly skid and nerfs. and protaper cr hi bends

Do you have PowerMadd Star Series handguards on that 400ex? I've got them on myn and for christmas I got some Pro-Taper High bend bars and since the mount on the handguard doesn't dip down very much I had to move the brake up a bit, and it looks like if I switch the bars with the brake up like that the line wont be long enough with the bars turned. If anybody has got this setup let me know if it works okay without extended brake lines.

Yeah they're atv high bend. I couldn't get any CR high bends so I got these. Other handguards have better protetction but I like the looks of the PowerMadd ones and they arn't horrible for protection. The X series are pretty flimsy but I think the star series are decent. I just hope they fit!

That's what I thought was gonna have to happen. But I didn't know if that would mess up the line or something. Hopefully I'll put them on tommorow night then as long as I can get my dad to help with the wiring. Gonna snip the Ignition wire and put a male/female connecter on there, then I'm gonna zip tie the key onto the bar until my ROX dash comes in. :) can't wait I'm ordering a FX all grip seat cover tonight and a perfex polyetheline skid plate so that will be nice.

ouch idk bout that my high bends line barley fits.... should work tho man try it but idk bout cutting the tabshouldent hurt but i belive its there to keep the banjo bolt from coming loose

Well I think I'm gonna just get a different kind of handguards with a mount that dips down deeper so that the brake can sit on the angle it's supposed to. I'll just pop the other ones on my sled it needs them anyways :) sad thing is the only ones I can get probably is the powermadd X series, don't like them that much but they're better than nothing.

Yeah my buddy had some and we were riding full open through a really tight trail in a corn field and his hit a cob and snapped on of the bolts out and cracked the mount. But I think they're okay, accually my parents got me just the mount for them for christmas but without the handguard so I might as well order them. I guess if the Star series fits, ill just put the X on my sled, and if they don't ill put the X on and the star on my sled. It's all good :)

I can get some cyrca's, but the look just isn't my thing, and I like the star powermadds, never had any trouble with them. I've got it figured out though, I have to get a new dash from ROX and they also sell Billet handguard mounts that go overtop of the brake lever, they're stronger, longer, and look really nice. So I think I'm getting some of those.

When I get back from FL in a week and a half all my parts will be in, ROX dash, ROX handguard mounts, k&n powerlid, ngk plugs and after I get that dash I can put my pro-taper bars on. Sled parts, powermadd 3" risers, powermadd 2" risers, powermadd handguards, and a pro taper fat pad. Can't wait it's gonna be sick. :devil:

Depends on the state. I can run out and buy a handgun anytime I want without having any kind of permit. The only time you need any kind of permit is with a concealed weapons permit.

lol if it gets warm here again today we wont have much left either. we have had over 5' of snow for the year and have about 7" on the ground right now. :( everytime we get a good storm it gets warm again afterward and melts most of it.

i still have almost 600 miles on for the year on trails that have been great for the mass majority. I probably have a combined total of 130 miles of stuff that was rough with 8" chopper bumps on most of the trails making them bumpy.

pretty lucky so far, hardly anyone is riding sleds except here and in the mountains.

Got 2/3's naked with my buddies in front of our highschool of about 1300 students :D Had a winter sports assembally and we wore our swim team stuff. got quite a bit of whisteling and clapping! Teachers had stuff to do in 2 of my 4 classes today so i got to teach part of the class and didint have to do the work :D AND all we did in health for 1.5 hours was listen to the teacher with stories of him on a kid and een CR125 stories, along with drawing and watching SNL :D

Got my prefilter onto my powerlid today, took off my header last night, steel wooled the whole thing and it looks beast, also grinded the welds out, I'm happy with that I can feel a small difference, little better response, a tad louder, and since it's running pretty rich it made it run a bit better. :)

Just got done with an eBay shopping spree..... 89 cr clutch cover, brand new water pump, outer clutch cover and gaskets coming in for the cr motor in my lt. 89 cover is aluminum, and never have to worry about it rotting out again!!!!!! New plastics being ordered next month, then new A-arms the following month. Gotta get the thumb throttle back on. Might as well keep it now LOL

bought an avy transceiver for out west, gonna get my track, extensions, and any other stuff i need for the trip this coming week and ill be all ready to head out in march.

It's nothing really special, it's over 20 years old, but it does have all the comforts, and is in remarkably clean shape.
I got it from the original owner, and it was his pride'n'joy. He took good care of it and didn't abuse it.

Should be a nice little 2 person rig, and I'll only be towing my smaller open trailer with only 2 quads.
(I'm figuring it'll be close to 3500 lbs lighter than with the big camper, enclosed trailer, and 4 quads)

I DO have a Daddy / Daughter trip planned for Presidents weekend, FINALLY !

A large group of us are going out to one of our favorite riding areas for a annual "Lets clean up the Desert" trip.
It's a coordinated effort with the BLM, Rangers, and some of the larger Desert Rat Camping Clubs.
Lots of Quads, Rhinos, Buggies, 4x4's, Trailers, skip loaders, etc.,...
We spend one day picking up junk left by idiots, and loading it into huge dumpsters to be hauled away,
Then we head out to my buddies ranch, and BBQ, Shoot, and party hard.

Should be a good time, and it goes a long way towards keeping the riding areas open.

you know it ive got plenty of stuff to buy thats for sure. lol, i have just about everything for the sled now to do my extension stuff in a couple of weeks. i am just waiting on my track. i have a few things to get for the 400 again this spring and that will be all set.

400 needs a new tusk clutch, tires, rims, nerfs, and maybe a new motion pro cable again. after that, it will be done also. might get some arms this week, extended axle is in the mail, and my new front bumper is sitting in the garage and will be put on in a couple of weeks when i am home for winter carnival for a couple of days.

the 250r is done already so i dont have to mess with that at all this summer.

the 800 needs a new front carrier support on it this summer so ill have to get all of that done too this summer.

thats about a g note still to buy total for everything i will need for the summer for maintenance on the machines. :D

then i can buy myself my new ride after i get that stuff all taken care of this spring.

Plus thats with advanced classes, I now have all my highschool math requirements passed (i took the test in middle school also but they didnt count it). Plus i have a 4 day week this week but really I only have a 3 day since my dad is taking me out of school friday for our annual Oregon Logging Conference trip :)
