banshee is over heating

My little brothers Banshee leaks antifreeze out of the over flow while he is riding and it will not stop until it gets low on antifreeze I cant figure out why it is doing it and I can’t get it to stop. Any suggestions????
He does not have a whole lot done to it. He has advanced timing, a cool head, reed spacers, 35mm carbs, and paul tuner pipes. i dont know if that would have anything to do with that??

i would mount the overflow bottle lower buy the front bumper with ties and if that don't work get a aftermarket water pump impeller that's what i did and it don't leak a drop.
