What stem is this

Need some help with this stem, anyone know who made it and what it fits? The chrome one is a LSR 250r. The silvervein is the one I'm asking about. The steering stops are bolts that are adjustable (bolts not installed in pic) I bought this off one of you guys a while ago, listed as a 250r also and didn't even notice the difference until I got it back from powder.

looks like a lobo stem to me, can you measure it and let me know the overall length? any interest in selling possibly

28" tip to tip, 27 1/2" from tip to top of bearing seat. It will be for sale as soon as I find out what it fits, PM me and we can work something out if interested.

Damn, I wish my Houser had adjustable steering stops. Anything to keep the tires from rubbing the arms...:(
