Anyone ever install a larger aftermarket oil cooler? I know a couple of companies make a kit, but they are kinda expensive. Any ideas?

you can use a cbr oil cooler

You may also want to take a look at the stock oil cooler from an 07 Foreman with EPS. It is twice as tall as the 400EX. It also only cost $50ish new from Honda (retail $54.11) Looks to have similar mounts and hose connections. It for sure uses the same seals on the hose connections. Before 07 Foremans used 2 oil coolers (lower and upper) similar size as the 400ex , they now use a single large one.

I run the secondary oil cooler kit from FST with no problems, I have ran it for 3 years now.

Can you tell a big diff. Is it pretty easy to install?
