41mm valves is alot of valve for such a small port.

I don't have a tach or anything, and I don't have my dyno sheet here at school with me, but it does idle very low. I call it my "single cylinder cummins" since its such a low revving motor. I got the head straight from Rob Barnum, who builds them for drag racing. We can speculate how it will run, but until I do, all we have is theories, and I trust him as a motor builder. I'll still have a stock head as well so I can do a comparison.

The biggest advantage of the setup I run is its weight. Its got gobs of power, but it weighs less than my 400ex does. I'm by no means a small guy, at 235 lbs, but the bike doesn't weigh as much as a raptor, which contributes a lot to how fast it is.

Bone stock XR650R idle speed is 1400-+100rpm by the book. Thats about what a stock 700 Raptor is. A good cam swap brings up a couple of 100rpm so thats about what I was thinkin.

i will say it tht the raptor dose have better idle power than the xx stock but one the xx gets a programer vs a rappy witha programer there the same... i the raptor also has a higher idle than the xx and the xx is at 1500rpm
