So what's the secret trick to getting the ball joint bolts to quit spinning in their socket, while you're threading the nut on? :huh

If it is anything like my truck, Tap once with a hammer then hit it with an impact. Once it is snug then torque it.

A wrench.

You should be able to get a wrench on it just below the rubber boot. I think 14 or 17 mm. Can't remember for sure.

"C" clamp both the upper and lower on and then turn the nuts on.
