Where does each wire need to be hooked up?

Most just splice into the pulse wire and then to the frame for ground. Pro Armor's web site has instructions or just call them.

I think one wire is linger than the other and I don't remember which one goes to which connection or if it matters but.....
One wire goes to the coil...
The other to a good ground...

The way i hooked up my killswitch (teather) i just ran one wire to a bolt on the frame and another to the wire going to the coil, its the one that is black with a yellow stripe on it.

Some people splice into the black and yellow wire off the CDI but i'd rather not cut a wire if not neccessary.

I wired my short wire to the frame and the long to the black wire with a yellow stripe. it isnt necessary to cut this wire to splice into it. go to your local hardware/automotive store and they can get you these splicers that allows one wire to pass thru it and your lead to your switch to go into the other side and all you have to do is crimp it. it looks like this
