Finally, after first hand finding out that the joke "Yama-bomb" wasn't so much a joke, more like reality, sold it off, and bought this beast. East Coast built, and absolutely amazing. MX racing and pit-track riding only. Just got it about 2 months ago, so I've been working with getting the suspension just right, and getting used to it. One thing different is I just got a Std. length LSR chrome stem today to put on, cause the Houser +2 was unbareable. Basically beings I got it so late into the season, I'm putting time on it, and hopefully be ready for next year. Already know next year with have Black Plastics, a Candy Red gusseted frame, and a White GenX hood with Red metal flake.

well i wasn't really trying to ruffle any feathers and start a debate on the subject.

I would be interested in seeing any TRX 450R based trikes before Jan 06. The only one i know of was a photoshoped picture that was done by someone after i told him of my plans back in 04 when the TRX 450R came out. It was done to give a idea of how it would look. i wish i could find the pic because other then plastic color (he used Red) it looks almost identical to what i did.

If you know of any please let us know. There are a Bunch of trike events ALL over the country. There is one held almost once a month.

I do know a guy attempted to put a YZF 400 in a Tecate frame. I say attempted because it Broke in half at it's first event and i have not seen it since.

Going to try and do as much as possible, like you said, money is tight, might be going down to NC w. Tommy Lomabardo to do some practicing in a few weeks.
I went to the ACE O.P aka mud fest.. well track is sweet! very narrow in some spots, though, tighter than Waldens Quad track.:ermm:

youll have a great time i went down last year with danny lewis and justin and the track was awesome! i wanted to go again this year but all the money i have and will get is spoken for between my 450 or my trailer or my truck. plus im still learning how to ride a 4 stroke and don't want to really go to NC to ride slower then i can go on my 250r

Ive ridden Fox, Elkas, and Axis before and i think my Motowoz is better. And they were all set up for around the same weight as mine. Yeah I know the one is but the left is actually correct. Tire shop messed the one up and I just took it and went riding because I had just gotten my PEPs that day. I changed it after but all I wanted to do was ride at the time. And yeah I am racing I can't wait. Raced it last year in C on my 250R and loved it. Doing B on the 450 this year. You racing it?
