atc fork info

i am building an 86 atc 250r with a 86 cr 500 motor.i need any info on weather or not i can upgrade the front forks to cr inverted forks?will cr fork tubes fit into atc triple trees?any info would be great.pm or email at rcs110@comcast.net. thank you
