A lot of companies offer them. JB Racing, Lost Creek Cycles, JRD Racing, JH Racing, Burgard Cycle, GT Thunder, and I'm sure there are tons more doing them...

Do these kits come with some sort of instructions as to where each piece is suppose to fit?
