air fuel adjustment

is there any way to adjust the air-fuel screw with the carb still on the bike? and if i was to change the pilot, would i have to pull the carb?

you will need to pull the carb or at least loosen both clamps and turn it inside the intake boots. i can get to the fuel screw from the right side of the bike but it is a tight fit. i use a small, thin screwdriver.
