yeah im back, just got back from Quadcross, were me and Brittany (quadchick01) killed. it was fun the track was rough but all in all it was fun. sorry Montyjcm i didnt reply and tell you bout the race this weekend.

but the next two saturdays there are races at Elsinore i might be going to both but definetly the 10th. this next satutrday, the gates open at 7 and sign up start at 7 and then practice at 8:30 i think

a guy from SRF was telling me today they just got some portable lights. so after the race. racers can practice untill 10. cool and they just made some huge improvements they said they took the camel humps out and shortend up the rythm section for us non pro. but i will probly be there sat

Im racing in the 250-400 4 stroke begginer class, well pretty much its just a 250-400 open class begginer/intermediate, well i signed up for the one class and they had 2 intermediate guys out there on killer 250r's and then a kid on the 400ex and a guy on a banshee,

sick im definently going this weekend, tastykakekid is going to, hes racing in the 30+ intermediate class i think,

yeah the gates open earlier thean 7:00 last time we went they were open earlier, then ya go and sign-up on the quad track and then they will let us know when practice is, there were 2 practices, one was like 15 minutes and one was about 10 minutes, i tired myself out during practice trying to get to know the track but know i know not to practice so much, im just gonna go out there and see the changes and then im done

o and tell shawn he needs to go this weekend with you if you go

Probly not me i am slow i was in the 2stk beginer, im trying to get some more guys with 2stk's so me and them can enter the Novice or intermediate, but i was 85Q in the 8th race, i won both motos but didnt holeshot either one see.

I'm planning on getting there pretty early, around 7:AM'ish so, I seriously doubt I'm going to want to hang out there for 13 or so hours just to ride under the lights. That is very cool that they let us stay that late if we want but, that sounds like a long day to me.
Besides, I rode under the lights last night at the El Cajon MX track! You guys really need to come out. There was probably around 15 quads total there. PLUS, Kory Ellis was there and OH MY, whippin' that quad sideways over the 90' step up WAS impressive. I'll keep rollin that one for now. ;)

sick, oh and what the eff are you talking about at your last sentence?:confused: the what? i hated that darn camel jump and the whoops sucked because right after the whoops there is a 90 degree turn and then after the finish table they made the 2 doubles even harer to clear, hopefully ill be able to do those one theres just not enough time to get speed to clear them

im gonna be there in my ram 1500, with a shell, towing a white/rust red flat bed with my white Z400 and a yellow Z400(the slower one ;) ) and then a blue kasea 90 (for sale), ill have a ez-up and then tastykakekid will have either a white lowered S10 or a lifted black Ram 1500 or who knows ;) and there will also be a white tahoe and maybe a white ram 1500 in the group will be at,

hey tastykakegirl ;) i just called alba about getting an alba chassis skid because CMC doesnt have them and the other places dont carry them, but i didnt talk to the owner but i talked to this guy Mark and i told him everything and he said he can get me the skid plate which is regularly $89.99 for $72.96 :eek2: :blah: but i have to go help kim and don paint and set-up for sawd tonight and then my mom has jury duty tomorrow and then after she gets back from jury duty i have to go over and help lay down the sawd then the next day she might have jury duty, damn i just want to get the friken skid from the guy while i still have that deal, :mad: :grr: :( damn i wish i had my license, hopefully my mom will let me go with my dad to get it and then come back in time to help kim and don out, i cant believe they want to move out of state, i told them that i would move after high-school only if i get a big garage and lots of tools so me and don can work on our stuff ;) i think they should move to temecula

i think socallen should be out there, im gonna be there running the 250 open begginers class, im on a 04' white z400 alba graphix yellow gear, um i will be driving my dodge ram 1500, its black and has a black shell, we will be towing a huge white flatbed trailer with just my bike on it, and there will be lots of people in our group to, theres gonna be another black ram lifted with a yellow Z and then another white ram with a 04' red and white raptor, and then im not sure what our other friend will be dricing, i know they will have their 450 and she is a 15 year old girl who is raing on the 450 and then some other guy in a blazer, so we will be packed, fill free to say high, i think socallen will park with me

awesome tastykakekid took 3rd socallen85 took 2nd and im not sure what brit took, but i didnt see here race her 2nd moto, she looked like her side was hurting the 1st moto, i had a bad day

heres what happened, i passed this guy on a step-up and a double he passed me off the straight away cut in front of me through the whoops, he started to fish tail it through the whoops and he was about a quad length in front of me, then he dumped the bike i hit his rear end, my left front tire poped on we think his rotor, then without knowing i had a flat got back on the track, whent of this 30-40' table and my suspension compressed compressing the flat tire and it through me off crooked and i tail whip nose dived in to the table luckily i landed it, very hard, but hey im alright, i missed me 2nd moto but got some 20x6x10 holeshots for $100, but not in time for my seceond moto, but hey i got 4th out of the holeshot out of 14 people, and thats against a couple 450's and 2 250ex's and i dont remember what else

i raced in a 250 4-stroke begginer class, never again will i race with 14 people in my class, im gonna bump up into an intermediate so no one crashes in front of me and pops my tire :( thats alright it was an excuse to get some front holeshots, which i got front holeshots for $100, very good deal, and this guy mounted them for free, but we gave him $10, there was 14 in my class, 2 250ex's, a 400ex, 3 Z400's (including me), and lots of yfz450's and a 450r, and i forgot but there were a few others, but i got 4th in the holeshot against all the 450s i beat the other Z's and the 250ex's and the 400ex, and the trx450r but all the others in front of me were yfz450s i think, i was stoked about that, that double/table now is huge, it does still hurt when ya come up short but i hit it in the middle of 4th it threw me high and far, my dad was think it was between 40-50 feet

yeah that table was crazy

when it was a double it was a lot shorter, i hit it in 3rd WO to clear it on my 250r,

the weekend i went there to race was when i first saw how big iy got, i only did it once in practice,and the rets of the time i was riding like a pansy haha.

I am ok though i was jsut really shock up and i got the wind knocked out of me. So then i just switched into the girls race so that i could run two motos and atleast finsih good. I ended up taking second but i could barley hang out to the bike cuz my hand it so much and it was hard to pull in the clucth... but atleast ntohign is broken......

my first round at lemx the guy on the green 250r was in my class, wel he ran in my class and he won and they didnt grade him in his own class or in a class with another guy, i was pretty pissed,

i didnt see your crash but i passed you right after it happened, i saw you in your 1 womens race and it looked like your hand was hurting pretty bad, um did you race your 2nd moto? and when will the pics of the race be up on bigkidracing.com?

yeah when ir aced him it was only 3 guys on our line

1 open Int.(green 250r)
1 open novice(me)
and 1 open beginner(some guy on a yfz)

they ended up combining us into 1 class.....

and the beginner was no beginner, he was jumping everything....

the moral of the story is i got my *** whooped///

i just need to learn this 1 rythm section with the 2 doubles and 2 tables, where Brit crashed today, thats a hard section to do, nad then im set, i have learned the big double and the huge step-up just need to get some of the rythm sections, maybe i should race in the same class as the green 250r and get 2nd ;) jking that way i could say i got 2nd against a expert and 2nd in the class hehe besides not like socallen is going to so someone has to, jking

Josh next time race in my class, but also stay after and practice with me, me and brittany were the last to leave and i stayed about an hour after her just practicing, it was great only like 2-3 people on the track, you can follow me and see what speed to hit everything, except for the finish i still cant triple it

yeah racetown is what used to be called sunrise MX, the jumps are pretty gnarly and big on that track, in some places..

at least when i was there a while back...

that green R guy raced Open A the last time i was there

and iw as the only oen in open B, but i got smoked by the green R, and the C rider who could ahve easily been in A also....

the speed levvel is way higher in every class at MX then in the desert races, its pretty crazy..

well you have yur membership, then $10 gate, $30 to race, and if you could help with like $8 for gas but if not ok we can still take you i know times are tough. i dont want to be an ***** by askin for gas money but every bike put in the trailer takes more gas, so like $40-48 what ever you can stay in touch though so i know whats going on i like to know in advance

well im not socallen but to race at glen-helen or elsinore you need to have boots and pants, you do need to have a tether kill switch and a membership, i think thats all, oh number plates and numbers

well i dontknow if ya plan on racing at elsinore but at elsinore all you need is boots, pants, and a kil switch, plus the membership and numbers, but at glen helen im not sure i have never raced there, um engine work is up to you, i mean i have alba exhaust and filter set-up on my Z and thats pretty much it for engine but i have front arms and scoops and front tires (just because i got a flat)and then i have skids, i found out after riding the track i do need a chassis skid, which i got one and after my first time riding my bike with the skid its got lot of scratches on it and im glad i baught it

yeah, you dont have to get a skid thats just what i would recomend, um yeah you can practice at LEMX (lake elsinore) anyday of the week except thursday because thats the day they work on the quad track, there is a race this weekend, me and socallen are doing it, if ya can get the stuff ya need buy then you should do the race, its gonna be fun with a barbeque anda freestyle show

first of all im not fast i have a stock bike 3 years older than quadchick. and this is only my 4th race. havent you seen my quad its stock, dont let those black plastics fool you they actually put me up another 10-15 ponies:eek:

all i got is exhaust, plastics, tires....and a spark plug holder

Then, you'll be able to get fenders, rear tires & wheels, front & rear shocks, big bore engine, spare practice bike (Z450 of course), a new house on a hill, lift kit for the truck. . . Ok, maybe I went just a wee bit overboard but, if you apply at enough places, and follow up with them, it just could happen. Plus, all those places are within' bicycle distance for you. Shut yer 'puter down and pedal down and fill out 5 applications today. Tomorrow, 5 more. When you've gotten 20 applications filled out, THEN you can go back online.. . . BUT not until then!

woo wee, what a fun day, kory ellis is da man, brittany i think got 2nd right? great job, brett had a horrible day :huh my day was alright i could of done better, i dont no what went wrong in my first moto, i got some sick pics of the freestyle, and 1 of me roosting shawn coming out of the last turn to the finish, and the rest are freestyle, oh and i wanted to see a back flip, he didnt even do any tricks besides when he was practicing, and he didnt do much, to good to show us :rolleyes:

ok i did i crashed in both motos i can bearly walk and i cant move my arm, my handlebars are gone, snapped another clutch lever, and the one that ticks me off the most is that i could have beat those guys

brittany got 1st she killed them, she had a big enough lead we were on the side asking if she wanted a drink. but she got 1st on the day 2nd in the series..................my cuz Levi (username Merriman) got 1st on the day and 1st on the series, for 1st on the day he gets 2 douglas red labels fronts cuz last time he got the rears and for 1st on the series he got Beadlocks:eek2:

I got some great pictures of the free-style event unfortunetly my mom *ACCIDENTLY* deleted them.... Joe is going to be sending me them and Jamie is going to send me all the results she said that she would mail them monday (today) so as soon as i get everything i will have it up.. shouldnt be too long...

Ok so who is going to race back to back with me this weekend... I want to get as many people as i can to race the grand prix so that we have a good turn-out... let me know if your interest in racing it....

bmine and brett's local mx track el cajonis going to have a night race on the 23rd i think its the friday before the saturday race at lemx, but there gonna have a test race, it will be strict ama rules, and if all goes well i guess they will have saturday night races, :) im going to try to go test the track out this coming up monday, it will be fun hopefully, since its set-up for dirtbikes i hope i like it

Just wait until sign up & ask them how many people are in the classes your thinking about. That way you can choose the one with the fewest riders. Of course, you could always just get the holeshot in whatever class you race. That way you won't have to worry about people crashing in front of you. :-D Plus, those new Klaw's aughta help ya' with your starts too.

yeah lol, ya know i was thinking about it last night, i think if i just hit the table for a few laps in the first moto then start hitiing it with more speed and start maybe kasing it a little then when i come in for the checkard ill just pin it and off i go ;) i dont know tron think its 70' thats pretty big,

oh whats funny is last race when i was buying my pics from bigkidracing i was watching this guy on a 450r do the table then 1 of the guys in the brit's camp said "i kased that jump and it didnt hurt" so as i watch the guy on the 450r do it a couple more times 1 of the guys on a yfz that brit's dad knows try it and kased the jump and ate it, luckily he wastn hurt and he didnt brake anything oh his bike, i guess he had just broken his collar bone and he was still building up his ego like you ;)

It's true - I am a bit timid when it comes to the big leaps. Us old guys don't heal as fast. Luckily I have had & still have plates & screws holding these old bones together. So you don't have to worry. You young ones heal fast. I say go for it. I'll get the camera ready.

we were allowed to do the teamr ace though, and that was fun

hey that race today sucked.... i was jsut like when you crash twice within 20 minutes you shouldnt be racing today and then like i raced the team race.... i cant believe my dad and keith won it.... they must have been cutting the track somewhere huh????

hey brett i just got back from crazy arse el cajon mx, man that is definently a mx track, all the corners have almost no berm and its really hard to hit the jumps, kory ellis and darrel patton was there clearing the huge 97' jump, it was insane, the jump right before that the table to step down was my favortie but clearing th wholse thing and trying to land on the little steep landing was hard and after i overcleared it i was dont with that one ;) i didnt do the doubles or the rythm section yet, its definently a hard track and elsinore is better by far just because its a quad track, but na i cant practice tomorrow but i will be there saturday, my stupid tires are on back order from alba so i ordered them from rockymountain and they shall be here thursday/friday, they will help me with my acceleration through the corners :)
