I have a slip on white brothers e series exhaust on my 400ex it has 6 discs in it and it is jetted if i put 6 more in would i have to rejet?:confused:

Do a plug test. Adding more disks will make it run leaner.

the plug is perfect right now with 6 discs so if i add the other six wont it make it too lean?

i just put a wb e-series on mine last week and i added the extra 6 discs for a total of 12 discs it runs fine for the jetting, go ahead and put the 6 more on you well be fine.... i gota say the bike is a totaly differant bike with the pipe and k&n air filter, thing has a lot more power... in fact i recked the day i put it one:( forth gear wide onen ( lots of bruses and scrapes)lol:D

put the other 6 in and check your plug...you may have to go up one jet size.

Do a plug test......go for a ride. Run it WFO for a little bit in like 5th, and pull in the clutch without letting off and shut it off using the kill switch. Cost to a stop, and let out the clutch when you come to a complete stop. Take out your plug. You are looking for a cardboard type color, if its white its to lean, if its black its to rich. If you haven't re-jetted at all, your going to be lean.

AtvMxRider - i am not sure what size it is but it has been jetted the plug is cardboard brown now with six discs so if i put the other six on and it is white should i go back to 6 discs?

Well if the plug turns white you will need to go up on the main jet. The best thing to do is put the disks in and try it.
