Adelanto, CA (11/13/2012) - The newly released Limited Edition 2012 Polaris RZR XP 4 900 SxS that I started testing at the beginning of the year is continuing to prove itself as a more than capable side-by-side vehicle that can accommodate moments that require high performance and still allow for comfortable, leisurely rides with passengers.
My first review was written after having the car for only about a month, and I am aware I was still in the “new” phase of my impression with the vehicle. I have now had the car for over seven months and I have a more inclusive, long-term assessment of the vehicle.
After seven months driving the Polaris RZR XP 4 900 SxS, I can assure you this vehicle has been thoroughly tested time and time again. If I am home, the RZR XP 4 900 is used everyday around the ranch where I live or most notably in the riverbed behind my house. I have even used it many times away from home too.

I even raced the Polaris RZR XP 4 900 in January at the opening round of 2012 WORCS series because my race two-seater RZR XP 900 was not ready yet, and despite it being nearly stock besides safety add-ons, I finished in fifth place against a field of 28 racers. Also, I finished second in the SOBOBA GP as well, which is a testament to the performance capabilities of the four seat RZR XP 4 900.

Besides racing the RZR 4 XP 900, I have made many trips to the Pismo Sand Dunes in California with friends and family for a day of driving in the sand, no matter where or why I am using the RZR 4 XP 900, I have found that I can depend on it.
I continually try to look back and compare the new RZR XP 4 900 model to the original four seat RZR 4 800 that I tested last year. The power of the new 900 XP is far above and beyond the 800 that is already considered fast enough for the average driver.
