We stopped and fed their herd of Angus/Hereford hybrid cows. For us it was a pretty routine thing, but for some of the other media in attendance, it was their first time feeding cattle.

We had two units available to test; the six-seat Camo and Limited editions, which both come with power steering that worked great for our adventure. The Mule has a top speed of just over 40MPH which is perfect for a work vehicle. After stopping to feed the cows, we headed up some truck roads at the base of the mountains of the Los Padres National forest that had many elevation changes.

The roads took us all around the winery property and as we wound our way through the forest we saw plenty of wild life, including black tail deer, wild turkeys and even a black bear.

After our tour, we stopped for lunch at Old Fort Smith that is used for educational purposes.

We had an awesome lunch and also got to learn a lot about the area and the wildlife that inhabits the area from mountain lions, elk herds, condors, and eagles to name a few.
