Can-Am's Josh Frederick Wins,
David Haagsma & Dillon Zimmerman Podium
Lake Havasu, AZ - For the second
race in the row, it was Can-Am / Motoworks / DWT's
#2 Josh Frederick charging his way to victory after
a hard fault battle early on the in the race with
Robbie Mitchell and David Haagmsa, but in the end,
Frederick claimed the win with plenty of time to
spare to take sole control of the pro points lead
with 72 points.
Maxxis / H&M Motorsports
#422 David Haagsma continues to turn heads in
the pro class this year as he secured his second
podium appearance of the year with a career best
2nd place finish, which boosted Haagsma into the
third spot in the points chase with 60 points.
The biggest surprise of the weekend, was Can-Am
/ Motoworks / DWT's #49 Dillon Zimmerman charging
his way from a mid-pack start to the final podium
spot, which was a career first for this young gun.
WORCS Racing will make its return to Arizona
for Round 4 of the 2012 season on April 14-15th
at SpeedWorld MX.
