::Continued::

Elka Suspension / DASA / Walsh’s Hickson had a better run in the second moto however getting a much better start without getting hung up. Hickson got off the line in great position and came away with the holeshot and was able to lead the early part of the race. Eventually, Hickson was come over by the pressure from Paolella and moved to second place where he remained the rest of the race. This 3-2 finish gave Hickson second place overall on the day, one of his best finishes on the season as well.

PRP / Fairway Farms / FLY’s Preston Young had his points lead to defend in the Pro-Am class as well and the first moto looked kind of bleak at the start as he was one of the racers found in the pileup at the beginning of the first moto.

Young was the second to last racers to get off the line but he too was able to continue on his way and battle the pack. Young fought hard and worked his way up to fourth place by the end of the race.
