BCS Performance / Can-Am / Whitcher Motorsport’s Travis Moore was back on the podium in the Pro-Am class as well after going 3-2 on the day for second place overall. Moore came off the line in third place and banged bars with several people heading into the first tight right hander of the course and from there continued to fight hard through the whoop sections and high-banked turns. Moore was pushing hard and was able to work his way up one position into second place, which was good enough for another second place overall on the day.

Team Southside Polaris / Mystik Lubricants’ Cody Paolella made another appearance on the podium in the Pro ranks this weekend with a third place overall in the Pro-Am class after going 2-4 in his motos. The first of the two Pro-Am motos for Paolella was better than the second as his holeshot was very good coming off the line in third place, battling his way into second place by the end of the moto.

Paolella’s second Pro-Am moto was off to a rocky start as he came out of the holeshot with a near-the-back start and was forced to fight the entire moto. Paolella showed his true spirit and speed however as he was able to work his way up and into fourth place behind Young, Moore, and Hickson. This hard fought battle paid off for the rookie however with another third place podium finish at only the second round of the series.

The next round of the New England ATV MX series will head to the Southern most track on the circuit; Hurricane Hills in Clifford, PA on May 24-25th. Be sure to check out this event as there will be an XC event on Saturday along with an awesome fireworks show and you won’t want to miss the high-speed, highflying jumps that Hurricane is known for!
