The Pro motos were very exciting to watch as
the top New England racers put their heart and
soul on the line to be the first to the finish
line. The Pro-Am class was up next and the heat
didn't stop there!
Pro-Am moto one holeshot winner was Cody Miller
as he edged out Jasmin Plante and Joe Haavisto.
Jason Connell was right behind Miller and Plante
heading into the turn but unfortunately he and
Jason Van Ness locked wheels which sent the
pair to turn radically resulting in a tumble
and dismount for Connell putting him to the
back of the pack, he would end his day in the
sixth position.

In
Pro-Am Moto One it was Cody Miller on
his BCS Peformance Can-Am ATV ripping
the holeshot & leading the Pro-Am
pack out on the first lap |
Cody Miller lead the entire race from holeshot
to finish followed by Jasmin Plante, Bobby Ross,
Vinny Mofford and Matt Pomeroy. Despite pressure
from Plante and overcoming his foot injury from
earlier in the week, he pressed on and came
away with his second moto win of the day.

secured 3rd place finish in Moto One

Jasmin Plante stayed right up front with miller
for all six laps of the race and ended up second
place in moto one followed by Bobby Ross.
Ross did not gain this position with ease though,
he and KTM mounted Vinny Mofford battled for
four laps until the last lap when Ross was able
to get around Mofford and push him back to fourth
place. Matt Pomeroy landed in the fifth spot
after putting on an impressive hard charge and
being pressure by Jason Connell as he was rebounding
after his holeshot smash-up ending his moto
in sixth.
The Southern boy Bobby Ross made his NEATV-MX
debut for 2010 and his way to the front of the
pack to steal the moto one holeshot followed
tightly by Jasmin Plante, Joe Haaisto and Cody
Miller. Ross lead the pro pack out on the first
lap of the six-lapper but would soon be passed
by Cody Miller and slip back to second place
until lap three when Plante worked his way around
him as well.

grabbed the Pro-Am Moto Two Holeshot ahead
Jasmin Plante, Joe Haavisto & Cody
Miller, and Ross would eventually drop
back to third, which secured him a spot
on the Podium in 3rd Overall |
Jasmin Plante pushed up to second position
to put pressure on Cody Miller for the lead
but could not seal the deal with only three
laps to go in the six lap moto.
Bobby Ross ended his second Pro-Am moto in the

podium as well.

#26 Vinny
Mofford just missed the Podium with
a season best 4th Overall
|
The whole Pro class is excited to have Bobby in
the series now and it’s a great thing to
have more competition added to the series. Following
Ross in the moto was Jason Connell in fourth place
and Vinny Mofford rounded out the top five.
Vinny Mofford has been working really hard
this year and his new DRT KTM got him a fourth
place overall finish at MX207 this past weekend.
“ This is my best finish so far this year
and I cant say enough about the DRT KTM that
I’m racing on, it’s so light, powerful
and easy to ride. I just need to keep my focus
and I’m really looking forward to being
on the podium soon,” said Vinny after
the race weekend.
