Peyton Zimmerman dominated Youth All Star with
1-2 moto finishes. “I got really good holeshots
and just rode a smart race. I found some clean
lines and tried not to make any mistakes, so I
got the overall and came out on top,” stated Zimmerman.
In second place was Lance Walker after 2-4 moto
finishes. Walker put in a strong ride in the first
moto, even leading the race for a portion of it.
Current Youth All Star point’s leader Troy Hill
rounded out the podium with third overall. In
the first moto, Hill had a tough first lap and
had to work his way up from the back. He finished
seventh that moto but came back strong to win
moto two.
Trevor Thatcher put in an impressive performance
in Super Mini 12-15. Thatcher won both motos of
the weekend and is now in second place in the
point’s race.
Brandon O Neill took second in Super Mini with
2-2 moto finishes. “First moto I was third out
of the holeshot and quickly made a pass and stayed
there the rest of the race. Sunday I was fourth
out of the holeshot and quickly made my way back
to second where I had an awesome battle with Trevor
Thatcher for second overall,” explained O Neill.
Max Lindquist rounded out the Super Mini podium
in third with third place finishes in both moto
one and two.
Amateur AMA ATV Motocross National Championship
racers will compete next in the sixth round at
