Hurricane Mills, TN (9/5/2012) – The final round of the 2012 AMA ATV Motocross season is now in the history books as series set up camp at the historical Loretta Lynn's Ranch in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee. A robust turn out marked the last round of competition and the weather would be much more pleasant then in years past as the usually brutal humidity gave way to tolerable summertime conditions as the racing got underway.

Pro Am Production would once again see Cody Gibson leaving the race track claiming both moto wins for the overall to complete a perfect a season for Gibson with 10 wins, and AMA Referee, Harv Whipple, presented Cody Gibson with the number one plate during the podium celebration. Gibson proved to be a dominate force in the Pro-Am ranks, but Gibson stated he will need more support for 2013 if he plans on moving up to the Pro Class.

Joining Gibson on the Pro-Am Production Podium was Kyle Fix in the second spot. For Fix, it was his third podium finish in the final four rounds of the season as he came on strong to finish out the season. Pro-Am Rookie, Brett Musick, claimed the final spot on the podium in his class debut. Musick wrapped up the 450 B and Production B class championship after Round 7, so Musick has been moving up the ranks ever since to finish out the season, and Musick will surely be one to watch in 2013 after scoring a Podium finish in his Pro-Am Production debut.
