Just picked up a 1998 mojave

Just got a 1998 mojave not running, took it apart and found it has no spark, the guy i got it from said he put a new stator in it and it ran fine for a few years then nothing i have a service manual on the way just looking for alittle direction Thanks

P.S. What should the clearence be on the valves?:D

There's a good chance its the Stator or CDI. Take the coil off first of all and have it checked by a dealer, if it checks out good, it may be tough to tell if its the CDI or Stator.

My Mojave lost spark, so I took it to the dealer and the specs were so close on both items they were having a hard time deciding what to order, so they went with the stator first and that happened to be it.
