Rule questions

Planning to get my 9 year old in the GNCC racing scene but haven't had any luck getting a response to rule questions sent to the GNCC web. Anybody have a name or email address for rule questions? I'm looking for clarification on the 70CVT and 90 Limited classes. Trying to make sure I spend my money on the right mods.
