Thanks! This has been an extremely fun series to run this year. In the C 16-25 class there are 3-4 guys that can win it on any given race. We have had quite a few good battles this year where the lead has gone back and forth. Definitely makes for a good time. Hopefully all the top guys in the Open C and C 16-25 class will race next year in the B class.

Hey is there like a sport or 300 cc class at these Koontz Races? I might go to the North Hill race on Sept 17 instead of the rausch creek one but i dont really wanna race 450's:ermm:

James, great pics...I don't care what Pappy says:p . what the hell is an slr anyway? (slow learner & reactions) Hope all is still well with the new one! Git on that quad and race man!
Congrats Nick! way to smoke the leader of your class by 5 minutes!....you da man! You must be serious about racing this year huh? hope you keep it up! and don't let work get in your way!
Dan, what happened? hopefully, it was something on the quad that broke and not you! what are you doing in the C class? shame on you!
Glad to see you guys still hanging in there and racing. Ronny is just racing GNCC's this year and I am not even racing those..I haven't raced since the Steele Creek GNCC in March:( . We practiced a little over the weekend for the first time all summer. I have been too busy with the kids and camping and just being lazy for a change. Racing money is a little tight this year also...hopefully, my most recent investments will prosper and I will be able to race more next year.

Doug,
Good to hear from you. Little man is doing well and growing like a weed. When you get some free time on the calender let's get together and go riding, maybe even Ronny too, if he would ever call me back. There are a couple of koontz races coming up that are fairly close, you can always race yourself back into shape.
stay in touch,
-JP

Doug? I used to know an older fella by that name that was pretty quick, but I figured he had died of old age. haha j/k man. Good to hear from you. I have been taking racing a little more serious, no partying the night before. It seems to be paying off so I guess I'll stick with it a while. We all need to get together up there at Ronnie's and get some riding in before the weather gets bad agian. Or like James said come on out and race yourself back into shape.
P.S. Nothing broke on Dan's quad he has only raced once and ridin once since last October.:ermm: Oh and work definitely hasn't gotten in my way.:D

Thanks for the great pictures:) The dust didn't suck for me on this holeshot,to bad for me that I tried to win the race in the first couple of laps and burnt myself out.The second lap I was in survival mode. The next race at Masontown WV I will not make the same mistake again, but mountain top does not have all them up hill jumps neither that seem to really take alot out of me.
See you guys at mountain top next Sunday.

The Canon telephoto lens I have is not the highest quality, then add dust and poor light:( Maybe one day I will ride up at breezewood and take a few photo lessons!
