What do you do in the winter?

Most people put their quads away in the winter, but not me and my brother! We ride year round, all though winter slows us down a bit. Here is a vid of yesterday's ride on sled trails with our 400's! Rest of the vids, and lots of others are on my channel also. So tell me, what do you do with your 400 in the wintertime months? Park it or ride it?

Mine's parked cause I'm waiting on Direct Drive to send me out another extended clutch pin. I drag race mine though lol. I had it out awhile ago but the clutch slipped so bad it wasn't fun.

Winter time here in Wisconsinn brings ice. Studded tires, lowering links, and swaybars.

I break out the 4x4. 400 and 450 stay on stands in the corner of the shop and collect dust. Sometimes I tinker with them and take some things off to powder coat if I have some spare time.

From 2000 to 2006 my 99' EX was out all seasons all the time. Then my son took it over and I went with my hybrid. The last few years it only gets out once in awhile in winter, my son this year bought a 450R, so with me riding the hybrid and the new SXS its getting a rest….this was from last year with my son riding on some ice ponds.

You shouldn't be concentrating on how fast your bike is.
You should be concentrating on how well you can ride it.
Never ride over your skill level and Never ride over the abilities of your machine.
