It's called a Missile kit, how rare they are I have no idea, guessing I would say it's not real common.
Here is a Fat Cat.
88 250R C-Leigh Racing 310 Pro-X 6 Mil,Deaf Man Chassis,ESR,CR ignition,Combs Custom Coatings
88 250R Hybrid Eng. 496 Saber, Stellar Machine & Performance, Tyson Racing, McCoys Performance
07 450R HRC kit,Rossier,Burgard,Skat~Trak,DFR,IMS
those missile kits are a handful in the dunes he's not kidding. the rear tires like to unseat themselves and the whole thing is very top heavy as it was designed to have 3 wheels not 2
there is a reason they were rare.

Honda fat cats were not any kit. They were also 200cc not 250 .
The fat cat was not a kit but he is talking about a kit for the atc250r that made them like a fatcat. They didn't work very good as stated above.
Witech, its is an ATC250r with different rear plastic and a bike style swingarm. Basically a conversion kit for a trike to a bike.
