I just got a 98 350 big bear. It has the rod seized to the crank.
I have the cylinder off and am in the process of taking the motor out.
How does the drive shaft separate from the engine?
I have no book on this so, is it ok to ask for specs. like head bolt & other torque specs?
I think I have found a good lower end is it a big job to remove the crank? any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks, troy
I can't help you out here but if I were tackling that task I would just shell out the 20 or 30 bucks and buy a book. No use tearing something up and spending way more than that in the long run to fix it. Good luck though!
