We will be at Ironman....there is just to much to do at the final round so we were told to get out there

Cody will be racing but he has to run a morning class...we need him in the afternoon

I'm really wanting to run College B, but really depends on how my wrist feels when I ride. Sunday is my first race since Yadkinville and I've had 0 seat time, so I'll see how that goes then decide.

but i have 1 question. does anyone know, if Borich and McGill are riding with a thumb-throttle or a twist one..?

I know Borich uses a twist.
