Have a 416 on GPS it did just under 65 and my buddy with a stock 400 besides a K&N air filter ran just under 62. Need to do some tuning on the 416 if i only picked up 3 mph over stock, hope that helps.
adding performance mods to the engine is not going to make it faster. Only gearing and rpm limits will change top speed. so with the 416 you may want to add 1 tooth to the counter sprocket.
